Small ice cubes melt way too fast too often.
So, make longer lasting ice cubes - use a clean muffin tin.
Pop them out easily by running the back of the tin under hot water for no more than 30 seconds.
(Sometimes doesn't take that long.)
Bundt Pan = Vertical Roaster
Layer potatoes, carrots, onions on the bottom of the pan.
Season chicken according to taste.
Place in pan with the cavity over the center hole.
Set Bundt pan on cookie sheet (to collect any drippings).
Roast. 350* until juices are clear, and veggies are done.
(I roast chicken on about 300* - takes longer, but it is more tender to us.)
Wash empty squeeze ketchup bottle.
Fill with pancake batter.
Squeeze onto hot griddle - size of pancakes preferred.
Easy to correctly size and shape pancakes. :-)
