Disconnect & UnplugI stepped outside one morning lately, took about 15 minutes to simply disconnect and unplug from all things. Listen. Look. I heard about 12 different birds singing, saw many interesting bugs crawling on the ground, watched the sun climb upwards thru the leaves of the trees, felt the lightest whisper of a breeze, saw at least 3 brilliant red cardinals, about 4 golden finches, and the largest butterfly I have seen in ages.
